DIETS!!!!! AHHHHH

There is no such thing as a diet it is a myth much like leprechauns or bigfoot. The only real lasting results can come from a change in lifestyle. Healthy eating doesn't have to be expensive watch for specials on veggies and fruits. Ya I love cucumbers but sometimes their expensive- if they aren't a good price find and alternative. Zucchini for example slice it up for you salads instead of cucumbers. They really don't taste that much different and depending on the time of the year they can be inexpensive.

Red meat is awesome I admit but there are alternatives that are better for you.
